Area of competence

Under the General Help award our advisers are permitted to provide services that include:

diagnosing clients' problems;

giving information and explaining options;

identifying further action the client can take;

and giving basic assistance, e.g. filling in forms, contacting other agencies for information via referral system or active signposting.

We provide general level information and advice in the areas of:

- Health
